  • Experience within the asset management or fund services industry
  • Experience and understanding of the asset management and fund services industry
  • A strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Sales skills at every stage of the funnel – origination, progression and closing
  • Excellent communication skills for performing demos of a technology platform
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially sharp, adaptable, and comfortable owning an entire market
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build, not just maintain
  • Contacts within asset managers and fund service providers in the USA and Canada (desired)
  • Experience or knowledge of the audit industry (desired)
  • Experience or knowledge of open banking and/or APIs (desired)
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments (desired)

Responsibilities

  • Driving the overall growth and development of the Circit asset management partnership network within the North American market
  • Creating new deals and driving the conversion of the partnerships funnel from origination to close
  • Performing demos of the Circit platform to key decision makers at top tier asset managers, fund administrators, custodian banks and transfer agents
  • Being a key part of the feedback loop from each partnership engagement back into the product and strategy teams
  • Working closely with the North American auditor and bank sales team to ensure efforts are aligned strategically and efforts are prioritised correctly
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences to build brand presence and establish key relationships
  • Assisting and coordinating each new partner to onboard into the Circit ecosystem in relation to infosec engagement, documentation, training and platform configuration
  • Working closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure the product marketing and engagement documents are fit for purpose for partnership outreach and engagement
  • Keeping abreast of the overall market including competing products and partner strategies
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory and technical developments in the areas of asset management, fintech, auditing, open banking and digital assets
  • Hiring additional sales and partnership resources to help originate and close more deals
  • Growing the awareness and trust of the Circit brand within the North American asset management market
