Requirements
- 2–5+ years in SaaS or automotive technology sales
- Proven success in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role
- Strong understanding of dealership operations (Sales, Internet, F&I)
- High energy, competitive drive, and strong communication skills
- Skilled in discovery, objection handling, and value-based selling
- Outbound hunter mindset with strong follow-up habits
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience selling into Canadian and USA automotive dealerships (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualify → discovery → demo → proposal → close
- Execute solution-based, outcomes-focused selling
- Maintain a high-velocity outbound rhythm (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach)
- Deliver engaging demos to franchise and independent dealerships
- Collaborate closely with BDRs to accelerate pipeline growth and inbound conversion
- Keep CRM (HubSpot preferred) organized with accurate forecasting and deal hygiene
- Participate in dealer meetings, partner events, and occasional conferences
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
