Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in SaaS or automotive technology sales
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations (Sales, Internet, F&I)
  • High energy, competitive drive, and strong communication skills
  • Skilled in discovery, objection handling, and value-based selling
  • Outbound hunter mindset with strong follow-up habits
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience selling into Canadian and USA automotive dealerships (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualify → discovery → demo → proposal → close
  • Execute solution-based, outcomes-focused selling
  • Maintain a high-velocity outbound rhythm (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Deliver engaging demos to franchise and independent dealerships
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs to accelerate pipeline growth and inbound conversion
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot preferred) organized with accurate forecasting and deal hygiene
  • Participate in dealer meetings, partner events, and occasional conferences
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
