Requirements
- Solid experience selling technology services or custom software engineering engagements to US-based buyers
- A track record of originating new logo business, not only expanding existing accounts
- Working fluency in AI and ML sufficient to hold a substantive first call with a technical buyer
- Ability to speak credibly about model selection, LLM applications, data engineering, and production deployment concerns
- Experience carrying quota against six-figure and low-seven-figure deal sizes with multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Strong discovery skills
- Disciplined about CRM hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
- Written and verbal communication that holds up in front of senior technical and executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Originate new AI and ML services opportunities through targeted outbound, warm introductions, partner referrals, and inbound lead follow-up
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline across enterprise and mid-market accounts in the US and Canada
- Run technical discovery in partnership with our solutions and engineering leadership, converting business problems into defensible engagement scopes
- Shape proposals, SOWs, and commercial terms that reflect the real complexity of AI implementation work
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving technical evaluators, finance, legal, and executive sponsors
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
