  • Curious about AI and excited to experiment with its application in content creation
  • Low-ego, team-first attitude
  • Familiarity with frontline teams and/or retail, retail tech, or B2B SaaS space (nice to have)
  • Hands-on experience with webinar or podcast production (nice to have)
  • Product marketing experience (nice to have)
  • Experience with SEO/AEO/GEO concepts (nice to have)
  • Hands-on experience building audiences or communities (nice to have)
  • Comfortable with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social scheduling platforms (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Customer Success, Sales, and Account Managers to identify compelling customer stories.
  • Conduct interviews and manage relationships with customers, both on-site and virtually.
  • Shape raw customer experiences into polished case studies, testimonials, and narratives.
  • Transform one customer story into various content formats like blog posts, webinar highlights, and sales assets.
  • Track which stories resonate and feed data back into future content production.
  • Own the strategy and execution of Zipline’s webinar program, including audience development, speaker sourcing, and topic strategy.
  • Run production of webinars from prep calls to day-of execution.
  • Repurpose each webinar into clips, blog content, newsletter features, and social posts.
  • Own webinar performance end-to-end, iterating based on metrics.
  • Develop thought leadership content across formats including blog posts, LinkedIn content, bylines, and contributed pieces.
  • Co-own the content calendar and align stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
  • Partner with the demand gen team for strong copy and strategic thinking in campaigns.
  • Keep the company informed on upcoming campaigns, customer stories, and launches through internal comms.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content production (e.g., turning webinar recordings into blog posts).
  • Build templates, playbooks, and processes for consistent content production.
  • Measure performance across channels and use data for editorial decisions and strategic recommendations to leadership.
