Requirements

  • 3–4 years experience in B2B SaaS sales (New- or Existing-Business Sales).
  • Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Experience with complex decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in Value-Based Selling.
  • Experience in forecasting and realistic opportunity assessment.
  • Clear and understandable communication skills.
  • Curious and open to continuous learning and feedback.
  • Fluent German (min. C1-level).
  • Fluent English (min. C1-level).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers, understanding their challenges and product usage.
  • Develop and create value through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate various stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success.
  • Independently manage a portfolio of 60–100 Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Strategically develop accounts based on customer signals and potential.
  • Responsible for contract renewals, including offer creation, price negotiations, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify cross- and upsell potentials with the Customer Success Manager.
  • Demonstrate the value of additional products and initiate targeted measures.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor, showing customers real added value and ROI.
  • Document developments in Salesforce and Planhat.
  • Develop reliable forecasts.
  • Define clear next steps for each deal.
