Requirements

  • Experience in B2B New Business or Existing Customer Sales.
  • Experience with explanation-intensive products (ideally).
  • Experience in High-Velocity Sales.
  • Ability to efficiently handle a large number of customer contacts and calls daily.
  • Experience in Fleet Management or Automotive Industry (big plus).
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex products simply.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to keep pipeline updated and prioritize effectively.
  • Structured approach to work to achieve goals.
  • Desire for continuous self-development.
  • Open and proactive attitude towards feedback and change (#growthmindset).
  • Fluent in German.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Expand existing customer business and increase revenue.
  • Manage contract renewals for customers.
  • Identify Cross- and Upsell opportunities.
  • Responsible for a portfolio of approx. 400-500 SMB existing customers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Process customer inquiries and tickets.
  • Organize workflows and appointments seamlessly.
  • Screen customers to identify individual needs and provide proactive support.
  • Create offers and negotiate prices for contract renewals.
  • Document relevant insights in Salesforce and Planhat.
  • Conduct demos and raise awareness for specific products.
  • Inspire customers with the value of our products.
