Requirements

Availability from 9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday-Friday
Ability to create and identify viral video content
Ability to develop custom content strategies
Experience assisting creative teams with content creation
Skills in creating client briefs
Proficiency in brainstorming creative ideas
Leadership skills to foster commitment
Ability to review, revise, and coach content
Stay informed about trends and AI tools
Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines
Respond promptly to client needs (1-hour maximum response time during work hours)
Seek and apply feedback from managers and clients

Responsibilities

Be available from 9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday-Friday, for meetings and Slack/text communication
Assist the Project Manager in creating tasks for video editors
Attend meetings with clients, the creative team and social media management team, and ad buyers to ensure alignment
Review, revise, and create content as needed for clients
Attend video shoots virtually when necessary
Come up with ideas and create shot lists for clients
Review client reports and adjust strategies as needed
Increase client retention
Improve client performance (video views, follower growth, monetization)
Maintain effective client communication (frequent updates, 1-hour response time during work hours)
Ensure contract execution
