Requirements

Fluency in German (C1 or higher)
Fluency in English (C1 or higher)
At least 6-12 months of experience in customer support

Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM)
Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
