  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 spoken and written)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support in fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to details
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Basic technical support knowledge
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM)
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Document customer interactions
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
