  • Experience building or improving operational systems in a fast-moving, high-performance environment

  • CRM experience in a donor relations, fundraising, or sales context (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Build the infrastructure needed to support a growing portfolio of donor relationships
  • Build and manage systems to unlock potential and deliver excellence to stakeholders
  • Design systems to make the team more efficient and effective
  • Act as the primary liaison between Partnerships and internal teams including Legal, Grants, Salesforce, and Finance
  • Own key workflows: donor vetting, fund allocation, deal flow, donor privacy, communications triage
  • Bring structure to currently ad hoc processes
  • Set systems strategy, identifying business needs and determining which systems to build, fix, or retire
  • Own the existing CRM (Salesforce) for the Partnerships team, including improved configuration, data input and integrity, and reporting
  • Translate Partnerships team's needs into clear requirements and hold the Salesforce team accountable
  • Create and manage team policies and protocols, making them explicit, consistent, and easy to follow
  • Support donor cultivation and stewardship by building systems and infrastructure for pipeline management and commitments
  • Proactively identify and build new systems as the team scales
