Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- MBA or CPA is a plus
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in SaaS financial management
- Experience in a high-growth, subscription-based environment
- Experience with Excel-based financial modelling
- Experience with QBO, Float, Maxio, Salesforce and QuotaPath
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Expertise in managing cash flow and profitability
- Deep understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and reports.
- Provide financial insights to guide decision-making at the executive and operational levels.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies, and key metric tracking.
- Lead annual budgeting processes and quarterly forecasts.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity.
- Create financial models to evaluate business opportunities, investment decisions, and potential M&A activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and auditing practices.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Work closely with teams across the company, including Sales, Product, to provide financial insight.
