Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience implementing scalable systems and automation
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, compliance, and tax standards
- Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month
- Build and maintain a 12-month rolling cash forecast, updated weekly
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Develop automated systems and workflows to reduce manual reporting time
- Partner with leadership to increase profitability and EBITDA
- Create and document SOPs for all core finance processes
- Implement new systems for expense management, travel, and purchasing
- Produce financial dashboards and KPIs to drive decision-making
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations for growth and inventory planning
- Evaluate technology solutions for company scale
