  • Experience influencing executive-level product and business decisions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide positioning and GTM decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to design workflows where AI/agents execute within clearly defined human strategic frameworks.
  • Clear perspective on human vs. agent ownership in marketing systems and organizational design.
  • Experience in data, analytics, cloud platforms, BI tools, or related technical ecosystems is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with marketing ops, growth teams, or automation-driven workflows is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and scale an AI-native product marketing function that transforms how strategy and execution come together.
  • Design and lead the end-to-end Product Marketing operating model, including AI agent workflows, governance structures, and human decision boundaries.
  • Own product narrative, messaging architecture, and value propositions across segments, acting as the final authority on strategic positioning.
  • Build always-on GTM systems, including launch orchestration frameworks and adaptive playbooks powered by real-time market signals.
  • Develop agent-driven intelligence systems for competitive, customer, and market insights that continuously inform positioning and strategy.
  • Partner on pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy by translating market insights into compelling buyer-facing narratives.
  • Create scalable enablement ecosystems (battlecards, win/loss insights, messaging assets) that dynamically update through automated intelligence inputs.
  • Lead and develop the PMM organization, defining roles, workflows, and career paths in an AI-augmented operating environment.
