Requirements

  • Proven experience managing paid media for local, service-based businesses
  • Experience with Med spas, Dental clinics, Chiropractors, or Appointment-based businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to scale ad spend profitably
  • Experience using Meta Ads
  • Experience using Google Ads
  • Knowledge with CRM and email tools
  • Strong understanding of local lead generation funnels and customer journeys
  • Ability to build frameworks from scratch
  • Experience with conversion tracking in low-visibility environments (offline conversions, call tracking, CRM integrations)
  • Ability to define success metrics in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Local), and TikTok/Spark Ads
  • Develop channel-specific strategies tailored to local service businesses
  • Drive lead generation, bookings, and in-store visits
  • Design and implement tracking and attribution frameworks for offline and hybrid conversion journeys
  • Define and monitor KPIs beyond standard ROAS (e.g., CPL, CAC, LTV proxies, booking rates, show-up rates)
  • Conduct audience research, geo-targeting, and local market segmentation
  • Continuously test creatives, offers, and landing page strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on offer positioning and campaign messaging
  • Participate in weekly (or twice-weekly) sync calls, with otherwise async communication
