Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce or similar)
- Solid understanding of targeting, bidding, and budget optimization
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Experience running A/B tests and improving campaign performance
- Ability to work independently in a remote, async environment
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail and organization

- Salesforce or similar CRM
- Google Sheets or Excel
- Google Analytics or similar tools
- HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
- Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn ad campaigns end to end, including setup, budgeting, bidding, and optimization
- Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including matched audiences from CRM data
- Upload, segment, and maintain audience lists from Salesforce or similar platforms
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and campaign structures
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions)
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop clear and actionable performance reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaign strategy and assets
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI
- Stay up to date with LinkedIn Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends
