Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in creator marketing, UGC, influencer partnerships, or social commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop is required, including creators, affiliates, or campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of creator workflows, content timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing trackers, CRMs, and operational details.
  • Familiarity with tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Notion, Google Sheets, or creator CRMs is a plus.
  • Clear communicator with a creator-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Excited to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day execution of TikTok Shop creator and affiliate campaigns, including sourcing top creators, sending target invites, and content tracking.
  • Assist with UGC creator sourcing and management for paid social, marketplaces, and performance campaigns.
  • Track creator deliverables, posting timelines, and performance across TikTok Shop and UGC campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate creator records in Darkroom’s CRM, including outreach status, campaign participation, and performance notes.
  • Coordinate product seeding, affiliate link setup, and basic creator communications.
  • Monitor live campaigns and flag performance wins, risks, or gaps to Creator Leads.
  • Support creator community initiatives, perks, and events as needed.
  • Collaborate with Accounts, Strategy, and Creative to ensure creator execution aligns with campaign goals.
