Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, GTM operations, sales development, or outbound-focused commercial roles
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
  • Understanding of named-account, precision outbound motions
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents or automated workflows for GTM use cases
  • Comfortable with tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, Gumloop or similar
  • HubSpot power user (configuring sequences, building workflows, designing lead scoring logic)
  • Ability to think in plays, not campaigns
  • Field-oriented approach, building tools for SGEs and ADRs
  • Healthcare or health system sales experience (nice to have)
  • Experience coordinating C-level executive outreach (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with gain-share or performance-based enterprise contracts (nice to have)
  • BDR/SDR background (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the account universe, maintaining a prioritized map of all 200 ICP accounts in HubSpot.
  • Generate and surface signals at scale, monitoring accounts continuously for events and providing a weekly signal digest with recommended plays.
  • Design every play the ADR team runs, defining structured plays for each signal type and account tier.
  • Operationalize executive mobilization, building infrastructure to proactively connect executives with buyers.
  • Own event audience acquisition end to end, ensuring specific individuals from target accounts attend events and coordinating pre/post-event plays.
