Requirements
- Experience in marketing, branding, or a related field
- Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or related industries (preferred)
- Ability to translate technical/project information into clear marketing materials
- Strong content creation skills
- Strong social media management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Canva
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent visual communication skills
- Fluency in the English language
- Strong organizational abilities
- Strong project management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Commitment to brand consistency
- Experience supporting proposal development or RFP responses in construction or professional services (preferred)
- Experience coordinating external vendors (e.g., photographers, designers) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Create, schedule, and optimize social media posts aligned with company projects and brand messaging
- Design and format professional company documents (Presentations, Qualification packages, RFPs, Training materials)
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams and business groups to gather project information and marketing inputs
- Coordinate photography projects by identifying and selecting local photographers
- Manage scheduling and logistics for photography projects
- Oversee editing and final asset delivery for photography projects
- Ensure proper usage of visual assets across marketing channels
