Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or industrial technology.
  • Proven success driving net new pipeline in enterprise B2B markets — experience selling into large manufacturing or industrial organizations, with customer marketing exposure to understand the full account lifecycle.
  • Comfort using modern AI tools to support research, content development, analytics, and day-to-day marketing workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute demand generation and ABM strategies that create measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience managing and scaling regional teams or agency partners.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid media platforms).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an eye for high-quality content and brand consistency.
  • A data-driven mindset and comfort managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Fluency in English required; French speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute regional marketing strategy: Define and implement Poka’s North American marketing strategy in alignment with global GTM priorities.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing execution: from accelerating content creation and localization to improving campaign targeting, insights, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive demand and account-based marketing (ABM): Lead multi-channel campaigns to generate net new qualified pipeline; design and manage ABM programs targeting enterprise and strategic accounts with tight alignment to the NA Sales organization ensuring marketing is a direct accelerant to revenue.
  • Champion content and brand localization: Partner with global teams to adapt messaging, create localized content, and build regional thought leadership and customer case studies.
  • Orchestrate regional events: Plan, promote, and execute North American trade shows, executive roundtables, and webinars — with a focus on engagement quality and measurable ROI.
  • Leverage marketing technology: Use CRM, MAP, analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid media tools to optimize campaigns and measure attribution.
  • Be the regional expert: Bring insight into North American manufacturing markets, cultures, and buyer behaviors to inform strategy and improve market penetration.
  • Own metrics and budget: Set and track performance KPIs (CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution) and manage regional marketing budgets effectively.
