Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations across the mid-market and Enterprise levels
  • Strong focus on automation, integrations, and enhancing tech stack efficiency
  • Proven track record of success in closing enterprise-level software deals over $100K
  • Meeting or exceeding your sales quota
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier
  • Ability to explain the importance of APIs, integrations, and tools like Zapier in modern tech ecosystems
  • Naturally curious about AI and regularly experiment with different AI tools
  • Demonstrated ability to discuss IT concerns, including security, scalability, compliance, and performance, in a credible and knowledgeable manner
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
  • Ability to develop and navigate senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Thrive in a state of ambiguity and motivated by strong personal drive
  • Used AI tooling for work or personal use, or willing to dive in and learn fast

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for Zapier, owning the entire sales cycle through close
  • Deeply understand your customers to uncover customer needs and pain points
  • Navigate complex multi-party sales and win trust through consultative sales conversations with executives
  • Collaborate and work with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc. to build strategic adoption plans for customers
  • Own sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Hubspot
  • Provide recommendations to our product teams to help influence our Enterprise roadmap
