Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Consistent above-target track record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot or other)
  • Proficiency in Google Drive
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in MS Word
  • Deep understanding of the entire investment process (asset allocation, portfolio construction, personalization, tax management, trade execution)
  • Track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Comfortable working closely with senior management
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both in writing and in conversation
  • Interest and capability in learning and explaining new portfolio management solutions built on advanced technology
  • Bonus: Investment solutions sales experience
  • Bonus: Enterprise SaaS experience selling to wealth management firms and financial advisors
  • Nice to Have: Current Series 7 or Series 65 certifications
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Seamless Ai, LinkedIn Sales Nav or similar prospecting databases

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the sales process from prospecting, qualification, pipeline development, contract close, onboarding and continued relationship management.
  • Build strategic relationships at the executive level down to individual advisors and portfolio managers.
  • Understand wealth advisors’ pain points.
  • Demonstrate solution functionality and benefits to organic and partner-driven leads.
  • Create sales plans.
  • Generate and negotiate proposals.
  • Assist with advisor training and onboarding.
  • Transition new clients to the client services team.
  • Stay in communication with the client supporting asset onboarding and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Focus on breaking into organizations with support from the sales team and company.
  • Report to the Director of Sales and work closely with the company President and senior management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to track prospect communications and sales metrics in company databases.
