Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 1+ year(s) of work experience
- Preferably in a call center, BPO/KPO environment, and/or with fact-checking responsibilities
- Strong communication skills (presentation, written, verbal)
- Strong reading comprehension
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Attention to detail
- Use of good judgment
Responsibilities
- Handle verifications for some of our high-profile clients.
- Know customer SOPs and FADV systems.
- Verify candidate details including current and previous employment, education, professional licenses, certifications and references.
- Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate-provided information.
- Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.
- Write detailed and accurate reports flagging any discrepancies found during the verifications process.
- Record confirmed information in our First Advantage’s platforms, ensuring data integrity.
- Perform quality checks to meet client-specific standards.
- Meet daily volume and accuracy targets.
- Perform other related tasks and functions as needed.
