Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • 1+ year(s) of work experience
  • Preferably in a call center, BPO/KPO environment, and/or with fact-checking responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills (presentation, written, verbal)
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Use of good judgment

Responsibilities

  • Handle verifications for some of our high-profile clients.
  • Know customer SOPs and FADV systems.
  • Verify candidate details including current and previous employment, education, professional licenses, certifications and references.
  • Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate-provided information.
  • Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.
  • Write detailed and accurate reports flagging any discrepancies found during the verifications process.
  • Record confirmed information in our First Advantage’s platforms, ensuring data integrity.
  • Perform quality checks to meet client-specific standards.
  • Meet daily volume and accuracy targets.
  • Perform other related tasks and functions as needed.
