Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value opportunities
  • Execute aggressive outreach
  • Qualify next generation of Partyhat partners with surgical precision
  • Proactively scout X, Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn to identify "whale" leads and high-potential ecosystem partners
  • Execute personalized, high-velocity outreach campaigns, crafting hooks that demand a response
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to rigorously vet leads against internal standards before handing off to the Head of Sales
  • Maintain a clean, data-driven view of activity in Ashby and Linear
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Web3 trends and competitor moves to identify new "watering holes" for potential clients
  • Work daily with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure outreach messaging is perfectly synced with current cultural "vibe"
