Requirements
- 4+ years of performance marketing strategy and execution (SEM / Programmatic / APP)
- Stakeholder management
- Proactive and keen to take ownership
- Performance marketing strategy and actualization
- Strong reporting and data assessment experience
- Knowledge of how to query and pull data sets (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude)
- High proficiency with data modeling and analysis
- ROAS forecasting and management
- Hands-on experience with Post checkout networks such as Rokt and Fluent (Bonus)
- Familiarity with Account management (Bonus)
- Experience working on subscription or membership-based businesses (Bonus)
- Experience at a high growth startup / tech company (Bonus)
Responsibilities
- Discover, test, and scale user acquisition channels, balancing volume with LTV/CAC
- Formulate digital strategy through data-driven judgments and channel best practices
- Develop a strong optimization and testing pipeline
- Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs
- Actively collaborate with the product team to explore new opportunities
- Play an active role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring acceptable CP and EBITDA levels
