Requirements

  • 4+ years of performance marketing strategy and execution (SEM / Programmatic / APP)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Proactive and keen to take ownership
  • Performance marketing strategy and actualization
  • Strong reporting and data assessment experience
  • Knowledge of how to query and pull data sets (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude)
  • High proficiency with data modeling and analysis
  • ROAS forecasting and management
  • Hands-on experience with Post checkout networks such as Rokt and Fluent (Bonus)
  • Familiarity with Account management (Bonus)
  • Experience working on subscription or membership-based businesses (Bonus)
  • Experience at a high growth startup / tech company (Bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Discover, test, and scale user acquisition channels, balancing volume with LTV/CAC
  • Formulate digital strategy through data-driven judgments and channel best practices
  • Develop a strong optimization and testing pipeline
  • Collaborate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs
  • Actively collaborate with the product team to explore new opportunities
  • Play an active role in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring acceptable CP and EBITDA levels
