Requirements

  • 3+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales / business development
  • Track record of strong attainment in sales
  • 2+ years self-sourcing pipeline through outbound channels (including cold calling)
  • Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle deals independently
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging both providers and practice staff
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Currently residing in the South Florida area
  • Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week
  • Ability to manage in-person selling within a 2.5-hour radius of your metro
  • Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems (preferred)
  • Experience selling to a variety of personas in healthcare or health systems (preferred)
  • Experience operating in ambiguity and contributing to playbooks/process improvements (preferred)
  • Experience selling at a startup and taking a business from 0 to 1 (preferred)
  • Been promoted internally in previous sales role(s) (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of “sold” providers
  • Increase subsequent patient demand and starts within your territory
  • Engage in high-velocity, "boots-on-the-ground" sales, being in the field at least three days per week
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing to closing providers
  • Utilize provided lead lists for aggressive outbound sourcing
  • Consult with and close providers
  • Manage all in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro
  • Maintain remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside your immediate geography
