Requirements
- 3+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales / business development
- Track record of strong attainment in sales
- 2+ years self-sourcing pipeline through outbound channels (including cold calling)
- Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle deals independently
- Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging both providers and practice staff
- Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Currently residing in the South Florida area
- Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week
- Ability to manage in-person selling within a 2.5-hour radius of your metro
- Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems (preferred)
- Experience selling to a variety of personas in healthcare or health systems (preferred)
- Experience operating in ambiguity and contributing to playbooks/process improvements (preferred)
- Experience selling at a startup and taking a business from 0 to 1 (preferred)
- Been promoted internally in previous sales role(s) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of “sold” providers
- Increase subsequent patient demand and starts within your territory
- Engage in high-velocity, "boots-on-the-ground" sales, being in the field at least three days per week
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound sourcing to closing providers
- Utilize provided lead lists for aggressive outbound sourcing
- Consult with and close providers
- Manage all in-person selling and relationship management for accounts within a 2.5-hour radius of your major metro
- Maintain remote selling strategies for assigned accounts outside your immediate geography
