  • 10+ years of experience in key account management, preferably with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
  • Previous sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead beyond direct reporting lines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with strategic account management processes and methodologies
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to deliver sales targets.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and engagement to retain accounts and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and propose customized solutions that address client pain points, enhance operational efficiency, and drive growth.
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Solutions team to develop and implement joint business plans to drive growth and retention for each client.
  • Regularly review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address challenges.
  • Lead the development and execution of data analysis and reporting strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and actionable insights to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, trends, and performance to guide strategic recommendations and inform joint business plans.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, retention, and improved satisfaction for strategic accounts.
  • Provide insights into customer segmentation and solution engagement by clinicians to help tailor recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
