  • Structured experimenter, running tests with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
  • Cross-functional partner, effectively collaborating with other teams (SEO, product, design, analytics).
  • AI-native, using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Advantage+) for creative hypotheses, performance analysis, and audience patterns.
  • Portfolio thinker, managing multiple audiences, markets, service categories, and funnel stages simultaneously.
  • Ability to execute directly at first, building and leading a team as the channel scales.
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for paid social acquisition.
  • Proficiency in full-funnel marketing management (awareness, consideration, conversion, remarketing).

Responsibilities

  • Own paid social acquisition for homeowners and service providers across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring profitable spend.
  • Manage the full marketing funnel: top-of-funnel awareness, mid-funnel consideration, bottom-funnel conversion, and remarketing.
  • Build campaigns, design test plans, and manage budgets across geographies and seasons.
  • Turn performance data into actionable decisions.
  • Define roles and hire a team to scale the paid social channel once established.
  • Develop a repeatable framework for creative, audience, and funnel experiments.
  • Actively manage spend by audience, geography, and service category to hit performance targets.
  • Partner with SEO, Paid Acquisition, Product, Design, and Analytics.
  • Lead evaluation and build-out of new channels like streaming (Hulu, connected TV).
