  • 3+ years of experience selling a technical platform as an individual quota-carrying Account Executive
  • Experience landing and expanding customer accounts
  • Demonstrated expertise in closing Euro 60-100k+ opportunities
  • Ability to drive own pipeline generation with outbound capabilities
  • Experience working with BDRs
  • Experience working with SEs
  • Experience working with a Partner ecosystem
  • Confident in demonstrating products via presentations, webinars, and demos
  • Experienced in organising sales processes in HubSpot
  • Experienced in organising sales processes in Gong
  • Experience with SaaS business models
  • Experience with earlier-stage companies
  • Willingness to travel for company meet-ups and events

Responsibilities

  • Outbounding and creating opportunities in regional accounts
  • Landing and expanding clients in your region
  • Meeting quarterly and annual sales goals with minimal guidance
  • Managing processes, setting targets, maintaining timely CRM data, and accurate sales reports
  • Handling RFI/RFQ requests with internal teams and customers
  • Following up with prospects and clients, demonstrating resilience
  • Collaborating with technical teams to address challenges
  • Communicating value propositions, conducting demos, and improving sales techniques
  • Developing proposals, complex pricing, and negotiating contracts
  • Work closely with sales engineers, customer success, partnership, and marketing teams to implement best practices and win incremental business
