Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a hunter or new business development role with proven success in closing deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse client needs.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive long-term client engagement.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with the event, entertainment, or ticketing industry is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the event ticketing and live entertainment industry through outbound outreach, marketing leads, and industry events.
- Conduct in-depth discovery and needs assessments to understand client objectives, challenges, and ticketing requirements.
- Present and demonstrate ticketing and event management solutions tailored to client needs, clearly articulating value and ROI.
- Manage the full sales cycle including negotiation, pricing, contract discussions, and deal closure to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ensuring visibility into sales performance.
- Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events while continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
