Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information technology, mathematics, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of professional experience, including implementing complex enterprise or financial software solutions
  • Minimum 6 years of project management or technology leadership experience in large-scale environments
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise performance management or financial systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, or SAP
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience applying them in business or analytics contexts preferred
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear insights
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members and working collaboratively across teams
  • PMP certification or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives and design tailored AI strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Lead end-to-end project management for complex or strategic implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
  • Oversee engagement economics, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, while maintaining high client satisfaction
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, communicate risks and updates, and manage scope changes to maintain control over timelines and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities for expanding AI solutions within client organizations, supporting long-term growth and retention
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including participation in sales activities, pipeline development, and client presentations
  • Mentor team members, support onboarding efforts, and help maintain effective staffing and team performance
