Requirements
- 3–7 years in product management, product engineering, or a technical consulting role at a high-growth startup or tech company
- Shipped 0-to-1 products that customers actually use
- Strong product instincts with design sensibility
- Fluency in leading customer discovery and translating messy qualitative feedback into clear product direction
- Experience defining quality metrics and building evaluation loops
- Appetite to build with modern AI/LLM tools for acceleration (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
- Demonstrated track record of quickly learning new skills/technologies
- Bias to action and iteration over perfection and process
- Curiosity about PropTech, multifamily, or real estate domain
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end discovery through launch of AI agents in the Revenue Management space
- Plan, configure and tune AI agents to optimize quality, reliability, and business outcomes
- Ship fast. Write specs, design workflows, build prototypes, and work side-by-side with designers and engineers to get features into production
- Design evaluation frameworks to systematically measure agent quality — build test suites, analyze output patterns and edge cases, and use those signals to iteratively improve performance
- Define and validate guardrails that ensure safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance across real-world pricing scenarios
- Use AI tools and agents to accelerate your own workflow
- Stand up customer feedback loops (weekly cadences with key accounts) and use those signals to prioritize ruthlessly
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to ensure products land well and drive adoption
