Senior Product Manager — Agentic AI Experiences

5-8+ years as a Product Manager in consumer tech or AI-driven products Experience with LLM-powered systems, agent frameworks, or conversational UX Ability to turn complex technical concepts into simple product decisions Strong instincts for user experience, especially within unstructured workflows Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-velocity settings Background working closely with engineering leads on systems architecture or ML applications is a plus

Lead the roadmap for conversational and agentic AI features Translate user needs into structured AI behaviors and product requirements Partner with engineering on inference pipelines, agent planning, retrieval, and orchestration logic Work with design to shape multimodal interactions and guided flows Establish metrics for engagement, task completion, and revenue impact Build feedback loops with customers and retail partners Bring clarity and direction to a cross-functional team
