Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development or sales within supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment services.
Proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise-level deals in complex, solution-based environments.
Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and e-commerce fulfillment ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environment.
Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and engaging high-value enterprise and mid-market clients using account-based selling strategies.
Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients and prospects to understand their supply chain needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Present and position end-to-end fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation services to support customer growth and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, customer success, and product to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Manage and track all sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions through CRM systems.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
Represent the organization in client meetings, negotiations, and industry engagements as a senior commercial leader.
