Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management within digital agencies, consulting, or technology environments
- Proven experience delivering projects such as web development, e-commerce, UX/UI, SEO, PPC, or enterprise platforms
- Strong knowledge of project methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for multiple concurrent projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with RAID logs, governance structures, and structured delivery documentation
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager) is an asset
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Develop detailed project artifacts including charters, WBS, schedules, RAID logs, and governance frameworks
- Oversee scope management, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery outputs
- Manage budgets, forecasting, burn reports, and financial tracking across active projects
- Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring transparent communication, reporting, and stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, QA, and strategy to ensure seamless execution
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early, implementing mitigation strategies and escalation paths
- Support governance activities including executive reporting, stakeholder mapping, and RACI development
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to overall delivery excellence and team capability building
