  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing performance, pipeline attribution, and ROI
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence skills without direct authority
  • Adaptability and comfort operating in evolving, high-growth SaaS organizations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global partner marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and product priorities
  • Design and implement joint demand generation programs including campaigns, webinars, events, and co-branded content initiatives
  • Identify and activate high-value co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners such as ISVs, system integrators, and resellers
  • Manage partner marketing budgets, including MDF allocation, while tracking ROI and optimizing performance outcomes
  • Build scalable partner enablement materials such as toolkits, playbooks, and campaign frameworks to support partner success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Alliances to ensure strategic alignment and execution
  • Define KPIs, analyze performance data, and deliver insights on pipeline contribution, engagement, and partner ROI
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all partner-facing marketing initiatives
