Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management roles.
  • Proven success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects in tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in webinar and virtual event management, ideally across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and global webinar programs, ensuring alignment with pipeline goals and business priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, including planning, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking in project management systems.
  • Translate campaign strategies into structured execution plans, ensuring clear goals, audiences, messaging, channels, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from product marketing, content, field marketing, SDR/BDR teams, and sales to ensure aligned execution.
  • Own global webinar and virtual event execution, including scheduling, promotion, speaker coordination, live delivery, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage multi-channel campaign execution across email, paid media, landing pages, social, and partner channels in collaboration with channel owners.
  • Track performance of campaigns and webinars, partnering with analytics teams to optimize engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and visibility of campaign progress for all stakeholders.
