Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing leadership role with an emphasis on creative strategy
  • Experience preferably within a high-growth health, wellness or CPG company
  • Experience with Meta ads
  • Experience with TikTok Shop ads
  • Experience with Amazon ads
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative and messaging strategies that drive growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Outstanding communicator, capable of engaging with all organizational levels
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all in house and agency performance marketing efforts, including paid social, PPC, apps, podcasting, OTT, affiliate, and digital OOH.
  • Oversee driving paid traffic to digital channels DTC + Amazon + TikTok Shop.
  • Manage sales results and profitability for Amazon (with Amazon agency).
  • Manage sales results and profitability of TikTok Shop with in house team.
  • Develop and lead innovative and effective creative strategies to help drive both top of funnel brand awareness across all online and offline channels and drive mid/lower funnel conversion growth across digital channels.
  • Work hand in hand with the lifecycle, ecommerce, retail, and brand marketing teams to develop cohesive 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our marketing funnel and attribution and use data-driven insights to prioritize, lead, and implement performance marketing strategies to drive member conversion and optimize the funnel.
  • Establish and report on KPIs and forecasting that maps to company business growth objectives, keeping in mind strong ROAS or CLTV:CAC multiples.
  • Develop and execute media plans that meet evolving business objectives as we shift investment across the funnel from upper to lower or lower to upper funnel.
  • Monitor and regularly report on paid campaign performance on an established cadence building a robust & clear attribution and marketing measurement system.
  • Own and manage the creation and execution of compelling and well-written growth channel briefs that are deeply aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct experiments to test hypotheses and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Analyze results and iterate on strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Review and propose new advertising platforms as needed.
  • Promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the team.
