Requirements
- 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role at a consumer company
- Deep experience in paid user acquisition across mobile and social platforms
- Strong command of mobile measurement and attribution
- Genuine, ongoing obsession with AI in marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable in dashboards and can make decisions grounded in data
- Experience marketing a subscription product
- Understanding of the economics of LTV, payback periods, and sustainable growth
- Track record of driving results with lean resources
- Genuine alignment with Marco Polo's purpose
Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel for Circles: Paid and organic acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, referrals and upgrades
- Develop and iterate on market strategy
- Develop and iterate execution plans
- Lead your team to deliver growth initiatives
- Support broader Marco Polo growth initiatives as relevant
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across mobile and social channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond)
- Manage a mix of marketers, product managers, and designers
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools across acquisition, creative, and lifecycle
