Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Mastery of Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display)
- Demonstrable track record of managing and scaling ad accounts with 6-figure monthly budgets
- Experience driving acquisition for a subscription-led business
- Strong command of unit economics like LTV & CAC
- Deeply analytical mindset with proficiency in handling complex datasets
- Good understanding of attribution models and tracking
- Advanced testing mindset, prioritizing incrementality and lift analysis
- Self-starter who thrives as an individual contributor
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), deeply analyzing and restructuring accounts to improve performance and drive scalable growth
- Oversee and optimize six-figure monthly budgets across Google and Meta, ensuring efficient capital allocation to maximize blended ROI
- Own the experimentation roadmap, executing rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to constantly improve CVR and lower CPAs
- Dive deep into large datasets to uncover granular insights, moving beyond surface-level metrics to optimize for LTV, CAC, and incrementality
- Partner closely with the Creative team to guide the development of high-performing assets, translating data insights into clear creative briefs for both static and video ads
- Leverage AI tools and scripts to automate routine bidding and optimization tasks, allowing focus on strategy, creative testing, and finding the next growth lever
