Requirements

- Background in marketing, digital transformation, or related fields
- Previous partnership experience with Salesforce is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, and SAS
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strategic relationships with enterprise technology providers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue through partner collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend events
- Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives
- Experience in joint go-to-market planning and execution
- Familiarity with channel sales and partner enablement strategies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate partner performance data into actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy to strengthen the relationship with Salesforce.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce Sales/Partner organizations, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Identify and pursue joint business development opportunities with Salesforce to drive revenue growth.
- Align internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, with partner objectives to ensure successful go-to-market initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance.
- Build, maintain, and manage partner plans with Salesforce.
- Align sales teams and drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on partner performance, joint initiatives, and the impact of alliances on overall business goals.
- Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and industry forums to promote joint capabilities.
- Stay informed about partner roadmaps, product updates, and market trends to identify new collaboration opportunities.
