2+ years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product
Experience in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
Passion for teaching others
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (written, presentation, verbal)
High attention to detail
Capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules
Driven, quick-thinking, and adaptable in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Excel in an autonomous work setting
Expertly prioritize tasks and identify internal and external blockers

Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation for a diverse set of clients, ensuring timely completion
Become a Deel expert and a go-to resource for our customers and internal colleagues by deeply understanding our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and credibility
