- 2+ years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role
- Experience supporting a B2B SaaS product
- Experience in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
- Passion for teaching others
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats
- High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules
- Driven, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Excel in an autonomous work setting, expertly prioritizing tasks and identifying internal and external blockers
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor the successful launch of Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation for clients, ensuring timely completion.
- Become a Deel expert and a go-to resource for customers and internal colleagues by deeply understanding products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with stakeholders, demonstrating confidence and credibility.
- Enable the customer base by understanding their use cases and aligning them with Deel’s best practices.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems creatively and resourcefully.
- Provide global payroll expertise to customers and internal Deel peers, driving continuous improvement.
- Make meaningful contributions to team goals by collaborating closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience & R&D.
- Support team members for collective success and develop/document implementation processes and best practices.
