Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a consultative phone sales and/or sales development role
  • Capable of executing a high amount of touchpoints including up to 100 calls/day, plus emails and texts
  • Contribute to the sales playbook by using it consistently and reflecting on opportunities for improvement
  • A goal-oriented, competitive mentality, with a strong work ethic, and grit
  • Self-motivated individual contributor with an interest in growing sales career
  • Confident in building rapport & handling objections
  • A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative solutions that help drive progress and efficiency within the organization
  • Active listener, diligent note taker, and strategically manage time
  • Experience in Salesforce and/or Salesloft highly preferred
  • Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and can achieve maximize productivity by being organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be available to have flexibility around shifts that fall within 6am-7pm MST Sunday through Saturday

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and outreach to top-of-funnel leads to qualify sales opportunities and book high-intent meetings
  • Respond to inbound requests submitted via website, email, and phone
  • Maintain frequent engagement with current vacation rental owners through cadences, calls, emails, and texts
  • Manage a large pipeline of marketing generated leads, nurtured leads, existing owners upsells, and more using SalesLoft and Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
  • Initiate consultative sales process to guide homeowners to the value of booking a meeting with our sales closer
  • Handle objections and help homeowners understand our value and services
  • Participate in regular training and skill sessions
  • Collaborate closely with other peers to optimize sales strategies
