Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience
  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Commercial roles in a medical device company
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever)
  • Proficiency with sourcing techniques
  • Proficiency with social media recruiting sites
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists in various interview formats, including behavioral and cultural questions
  • Exceptional strong communication skills
  • Effective relationship management with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-demand sales organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow
  • Approachable, action-oriented, with a high level of follow-through
  • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and infrastructure preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
  • Desire for and appreciation of feedback
  • Positive, transparent, and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting game as a full-cycle recruiter, managing desk independently
  • Guide hiring teams and candidates through a smooth, seamless hiring experience
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to craft hiring strategies
  • Anticipate hiring needs before they arise
  • Play a role in building PROCEPT’s culture through daily interactions and candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and new tech
