Experience: 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Commercial roles

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience
At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Commercial roles in a medical device company
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever)
Proficiency with sourcing techniques
Proficiency with social media recruiting sites
Proficiency with LinkedIn
Hands-on experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists in various interview formats
Experience with behavioral and cultural interview questions
Industry knowledge of the med device sales space, including hiring trends and company histories
Ability to speak the language of sales
Exceptionally strong communication skills
Effective relationship management with stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-demand sales organization and a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflows
Approachable, action-oriented, with a high level of follow-through
