Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience
  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Sales and Commercial roles in a medical device company
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever)
  • Proficiency with sourcing techniques
  • Proficiency with social media recruiting sites
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists in various interview formats
  • Experience with behavioral and cultural interview questions
  • Industry knowledge of the med device sales space, including hiring trends and company histories
  • Ability to speak the language of sales
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills
  • Effective relationship management with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-demand sales organization and a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflows
  • Approachable, action-oriented, with a high level of follow-through
