Requirements

  • 2–4 years of SEO experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B
  • Proven success in scaling organic traffic from 0 → 100K+ monthly visitors
  • Deep understanding of keyword research, on-page, and technical SEO (indexation, sitemaps, redirects, structured data, Core Web Vitals)
  • Programmatic SEO expertise, ability to conceptualize and build scalable, data-fed landing pages
  • Content strategy & topical authority skills can turn keyword data into editorial direction
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS
  • Comfort working with tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Semrush, and Looker Studio
  • A testing mindset obsessed with experimentation, iteration, and continuous optimization
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep keyword, SERP, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Build data-backed keyword maps that guide content creation, landing pages, and programmatic SEO templates
  • Structure, optimize, and scale high-performing pages with laser focus on search intent, internal linking, and conversion flow
  • Audit, troubleshoot, and optimize site architecture, crawling, indexing, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
  • Conceptualize and build scalable page templates and data-driven content systems that can produce 1,000+ pages at high quality
  • Lead keyword and topic mapping, define content clusters, and build editorial guidelines that align SEO goals with brand and user needs
  • Work with growth and product teams to refine on-page messaging, CTAs, and user journeys for maximum impact
