Requirements

- Proven ability to create and execute strategic SEO roadmaps
- Leadership skills with experience guiding teams and ensuring quality output
- Conversion-focused mindset with understanding of CRO principles
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive SEO roadmaps including service pages, location pages, and content strategies
- Conduct keyword research, clustering, and mapping aligned with search intent and business goals
- Perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and gaps
- Analyze performance using tools such as GA4 and GSC to generate actionable insights
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and user behavior to continuously refine strategies
- Define and guide content strategy, including blog clusters and topical authority development
- Create SEO-driven content briefs and optimize site architecture and internal linking
- Optimize content for AI search (featured snippets, AI overviews, entity-based SEO, schema markup)
- Improve content structure for extractability and machine readability
- Align SEO strategies with conversion goals and recommend CRO improvements
- Oversee local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimization and citation consistency
- Identify and prioritize technical SEO issues such as crawlability, indexing, and site health
- Guide off-page SEO strategies including link-building and authority growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
- Provide leadership, feedback, and direction to execution teams
