Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of legal recruiting experience
  • Direct Legal sourcing and recruitment experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Adobe
  • Knowledge of Zoom
  • College degree preferred
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and emergent issues
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends as necessary
  • Capacity to handle routine or urgent issues in a remote-first work environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience
  • Source top-tier talent for legal and corporate roles
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Publish all job postings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers
  • Develop thoughtful and professional relationships with candidates
  • Review candidate applications (resumes, cover letters, writing samples)
  • Conduct Zoom interviews and document observations
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates
  • Collaborate with People & Culture team members on compensation, benefits, and offer packages
  • Prepare accurate offer letters and onboarding documents
  • Support onboarding tasks for new hires
