Requirements
- 2+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience supporting the defense and intelligence market spaces
- Demonstrated experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components (sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, pipeline and relationship management)
- Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system
- Ability to travel for hiring events and job fairs as needed
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques (complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions)
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work well under tight deadlines
- Experience utilizing Workday or similar ATS
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and act as a business partner/strategic advisor
- Research and employ new sourcing techniques
- Develop sourcing strategies and utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates
- Identify and screen potential candidates and assess their fit for current and future needs
- Negotiate and extend offers
- Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with OFCCP guidelines
- Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building
- Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events
- Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve our sourcing strategy and approach and to analyze impact
- Report weekly activity
