Job Details

2+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience supporting the defense and intelligence market spaces
Demonstrated experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components (sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, pipeline and relationship management)
Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system
Ability to travel for hiring events and job fairs as needed
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques (complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions)
Excellent project management skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong initiative and ability to work well under tight deadlines
Experience utilizing Workday or similar ATS

Partner with hiring managers and act as a business partner/strategic advisor
Research and employ new sourcing techniques
Develop sourcing strategies and utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates
Identify and screen potential candidates and assess their fit for current and future needs
Negotiate and extend offers
Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with OFCCP guidelines
Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building
Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events
Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve our sourcing strategy and approach and to analyze impact
Report weekly activity
