Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- MBA or PE experience preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A
- High proficiency in Excel
- High proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Workday Adaptive is a plus
- Ability to mentor and lead team members
- Experience working in dynamic environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor the annual budget and monthly expense forecast for corporate functions.
- Prepare variance analysis for budget versus actual performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Support internal and external reporting activities, including Monthly Business Reviews and Board meetings.
- Evaluate and enhance current financial processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
- Adapt to new responsibilities as needed and support ad hoc projects.
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and analyses, as required.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide guidance and influence strategic decisions.
